Prior to establishing her own practice, Joy worked for Global Fortune 500 and start-up IT companies like NTT DATA, Dell Services and Perot Systems. There she developed extensive, highly-praised leadership programs designed for leaders from executives around the CEO's table to aspiring leaders located in 40+ countries. 

Before her work in the IT industry, Joy made a meteoric rise from college student to VP of Regional Operations for Citigroup's corporate banking division. At Citi, she ran customer service teams, paralegal departments, led nation-wide re-engineering efforts, launched new branches and oversaw offices in five states and a $5B lending portfolio.
